I Think is yes. because master always announce the negative effects of 150 max level but the players is always react about 220 max level because is to hard to levelup.and all players suggest to downgrade the maxlevel and now master set the max level to 150 for fast and easy leveling but have a negative and all players said it's ok.. sorry to my bad English Very Happy

The Players choose it. When Master make the Max level to 220, the Players ask Master to make Max level to 150. Some negative effect was fix by Master Like the Armor set. Now about the skill it is a big negative effect for level 150.
